报告人简介

Tara Jonell is a new Lecturer in Natural Hazards in the School of Social &   Environmental Sustainability at the University of Glasgow and whose   interdisciplinary research draws across geology, geography and history. She   received her PhD at Louisiana State University in 2017 for Quaternary   sediment provenance and monsoon research in India and Vietnam, then joined   the University of Queensland (2018-2021) as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow on   Tibetan Plateau Quaternary mega-lake evolution. She later joined the School   of Geographical & Earth Sciences as Postdoctoral Research Associate at   the University of Glasgow (2021-2025) to work with historians on the history   of the Industrial Revolution, fossil fuels and energy transitions.
